Due to the high seasonal demand, there is a possibility that your order may not arrive before Christmas. We are doing our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may be affected during this busy period.
Processing & Shipping Time Notice
Our bricks are handmade with care, and due to high demand the processing time may occasionally take longer than usual. In addition, shipping times can sometimes extend beyond the typical delivery window. We are actively working to improve both our production capacity and our shipping speed to serve you better.

Processing & Delivery Time (Physical Orders)

Most orders ship in 3–5 business days.

During peak periods or special drops, total fulfillment time (processing + carrier transit) may be up to 20 business days depending on destination and carrier volume.
- Some orders are shipped directly from our production partners in China, which can extend delivery times.
- Please note: During this period, some orders may experience additional delays and take up to 1 month to arrive. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Orders placed on weekends/holidays start processing the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery windows vary by location and carrier performance. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the tracking email.
Coverage & Address Requirements

Currently shipping within the United States (international coming soon).

No P.O. Boxes; please provide a physical address and a valid phone number for carrier updates.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Weather, carrier, and customs-related delays are outside our control, but we’ll help resolve them.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, notify us within 7 days so we can file a carrier claim.

If a package is deemed lost, we’ll reship or refund per the carrier’s claim outcome.

If you purchased Inspyr Shipping Protection, approved claims are reshipped or refunded quickly.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Double-check your address at checkout.

Undeliverable returns can be reshipped (additional shipping may apply) or refunded minus shipping costs.

We can’t reroute packages once they’re in transit.
Damaged or Missing Items

If anything arrives damaged or missing, email support@inspyr.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order # and photos.

We’ll replace missing/damaged parts fast under our Parts-Right Promise.
Cancellations

Cancel before shipment for a full refund. After shipment, please use the return process in our Refund Policy.
