Inspyr – Return & Refund Policy

At Inspyr, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ll help. Please read this policy before requesting a return or refund.

What this covers

  • Physical products: mini-brick kits, tools, cement/mortar, paint, accessories.

  • Digital products: PDF guides, downloadable instructions.

Return eligibility (physical items)

  • 30 days from delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with all parts and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order # or receipt) required.

  • Consumables (cement/mortar bags, paints, adhesives) can’t be returned once opened.

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us within 7 days with photos—we’ll replace missing/damaged parts free or offer a suitable fix.

Digital products

  • All digital sales are final once accessed/downloaded.

  • Having trouble accessing a file? Email support@inspyr.shop and we’ll get you in.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@inspyr.shop with order #, reason, and photos (if applicable).

  2. If eligible, we’ll issue an RMA and return instructions.

  3. Use a trackable shipment to return the item.

    • Return shipping and original shipping aren’t refundable unless the issue was our fault (wrong/defective/shortage).

Cancellations (before shipping)

  • You can cancel before the order ships for a full refund. After shipping, use the return process above.

Refund timing

  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval/inspection.

  • Bank/processor timelines may vary.

Non-refundable items

  • Digital products after download/access.

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Used, damaged (from customer handling), or incomplete kits missing parts/packaging.

  • Opened consumables (cement, paints, adhesives), final-sale items, and gift cards.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you don’t see it after 10 business days, check with your bank/issuer first. Still stuck? Email support@inspyr.shop.

Shipping notes

  • We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes. Undeliverable packages returned to us can be refunded minus shipping fees (unless our error).
